Acceptable Use Policy

What you can and cannot do with the Wordaro API and platform. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

Last updated: June 5, 2025

Permitted uses

The following uses are explicitly permitted and what Wordaro is built for.

  • Validating AI-generated content produced by your own systems
  • Integrating the API into your own products and internal tooling
  • Running batch validation on outputs your organization generates
  • Using the playground to test rule sets before production deployment
  • Building compliance workflows on top of the Wordaro API for your own customers

Prohibited uses

The following are prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Illegal content
You may not use Wordaro to validate, generate, or facilitate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of the recipients — including content that constitutes fraud, harassment, defamation, or infringement of third-party rights.
Circumventing limits
You may not attempt to bypass quota enforcement, rate limits, authentication, or plan restrictions through technical means — including creating multiple accounts to multiply free-tier access.
Reselling API access
You may not resell, sublicense, or white-label direct access to the Wordaro API as a standalone service. You may build products on top of it for your own customers, but the API itself may not be the product you sell.
Scraping or reverse engineering
You may not scrape the web application, attempt to extract internal scoring logic, or reverse-engineer any part of the validation engine.
Automated abuse
You may not use automated tooling to stress-test, flood, or disrupt the service beyond normal use. Load testing your own integration is fine; intentionally degrading the service for others is not.
Misrepresenting compliance
You may not represent to your customers, regulators, or any third party that Wordaro validation constitutes regulatory approval, legal certification, or compliance sign-off of any kind.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, with or without notice. In cases of illegal activity, we may report to relevant authorities.
